The Klostergut belongs to the Stiftung Paradies, a foundation of the Georg Fischer Corporation set up on April 9, 1975 with the aim of preserving the former Clarissan convent and its environs as a heritage site and of using them only for such purposes as would be consistent with their history.

The Paradies estate now offers guests all the necessary conveniences in a singularly charming and contemplative atmosphere. The Gasthaus Paradies has been part of the estate since 1974 and in 1998 underwent comprehensive restoration work. The Foundation Board has three members: Chairman Board of Trustees is Dr. Roland Abt, Foundation Director Beat Gallmann and Training Center Director Dorothea Walder.
