Rhythm of the Mill Wheel – Meditation for Letting Go and Centering

Flowing water, quiet mind.

Sit comfortably near the mill wheel and close your eyes.

Breathe in and out calmly, let go of the day.

Listen to the sound of the water – is it gentle, powerful, steady?

Feel the rhythm, take it in.

Let the sound become your inner anchor.

With each inhalation, the water flows into you.

With each exhalation, you let go – like the water moving on.

Synchronize your breath with the rhythm of the wheel or the water.

Inhale – let it flow.

Exhale – let go.

Stay fully present with the listening, feeling, and breathing.

Imagine placing your thoughts onto the water.

They float away – light and free.

To finish, take a few deep breaths in and out.

Now slowly open your eyes and become aware of your surroundings again.

Thank yourself for this moment of mindfulness.

Step into the quiet shade beneath the trees. Settle in, breathe deeply, and let the rustling leaves guide you to stillness. Alone or together – find calm, feel grounded, and simply be.

Gazing into the distance

Behind the old garden wall, a quiet space invites you to pause.
Framed by shade and sky, it offers a clear view – and a clearer mind.

From tree to tree

Walk slowly from tree to tree, with each step arriving more in yourself.
Feel the ground, breathe with intention, and let each tree become a moment of reflection, grounding, and quiet growth.

Lie back on the sky lounger and arrive in the now.
